Luarna Dynevor's work involves significant contributions to the Barada Barna community, particularly in the areas of cultural heritage management and community development. She is actively involved in initiatives that promote training and employment pathways for Barada Barna people, focusing on the mining sector. Additionally, Luarna is the Project Manager for Winnaa Pty Ltd, which is Barada Barna's nominated Cultural Heritage Body.

  • Chairperson & Project Manager of Cultural Heritage: She leads the Barada Barna Aboriginal Corporation's efforts in cultural heritage management. 

  • Deputy Chairperson: She holds a leadership position within the Barada Barna Aboriginal Corporation. 

  • Project Manager: She is responsible for the cultural heritage work undertaken by Winnaa Pty Ltd. 

  • Advocate for training and employment: She actively promotes training and employment opportunities for Barada Barna people, especially within the mining industry. 

  • Community engagement: She is involved in various community events and collaborations, including NAIDOC Week celebrations and partnerships with organisations such as Vitrinite.

  • Legacy and future: She is dedicated to ensuring the continuation of Barada Barna cultural practices and the connection to their ancestral lands for future generations.
